Can't create new project

I've just installed IntelliJ, and it freezes when I click to create a new project.
This also happens when opening an existing project and try to configure the SDK or open the "Project Structure" menu.
I already tried to restart the PC and have reinstalled the Idea 3 times (one of them using the JB Toolbox) and this is still happening.
