Oracle introspection Not working on some schemas

Please right-click on the database name in Database Explorer, invoke Diagnostics | Diagnostic Refresh, upload the resulting files to http://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and provide its ID.

Could you please answer the following questions.

1. Do you connect to server directly or via balancer / proxy?
2. Have you restored your schema from backup?
3. Do you run db in any kind of container, e.g. Docker?

1. I connect inside of an AWS Workspace environment, it's running AWS Linux.  No balancer/proxy I believe.
2. I just created this enviroment I'm a new employee, haven't backed up anything yet.  Should I create one?

Have you tried to invoke Force Refresh action?

I clicked this button and it seems to have worked! Thank you.  I thought I did this already but perhaps it was a different refresh button.
