Java Compiler Settings Not Loading

I am trying to access the Java Compiler settings in Intellij 2021.3.3 (Ultimate Edition). When I open it up it sits and loads for forever without loading the settings page like this:

I'm trying to use a different compiler and I can't find any other way to change the settings except through this specific menu, but it's simply not loading. I updated IntelliJ, I restarted everything, I cleared the cache, removed some plugins, etc, and nothing seems to be fixing it. Any help would be great.
