How can I add arguments to a Quarkus Run Config?

I am using Intellij IDEA 2022.3 Ultimate and I cannot find out where to add the --quarkus-arg parameter in the Quarkus Run Configuration to add parameter that must be passed on the application. Previously there was a "Arguments" input box somewhere (I have seen screenshots of that) but there no such input any more. Anybody knows how to do this?
