Cannot download PyCharm on Macook M1

When I click download on the JetBrains website, to download PyCharm it only opens the "Thank you for downloading" page and nothing happens. I also have to open the JetBrains website in incognito, then go to advanced settings and click "Proceed to the website" becuase it says that the connection is not secure. I am opening the official website of JetBrains by the way. I checked in network settings and this is what is says

Try using another browser or/and network to download it. Also try the direct link from the "Thank you for downloading" page.
I'm facing the same issue, on both chrome and safari.
The direct link does nothing.
