Can you run this test.xml from command line? Because you've paste an internal testng error and IDEA can't influence this behaviour.

Hello Richard,They are stored in .ipr/.iws files depending on "shareness". There is no way to copy configurations between projects except manually copying xml fragments.Thank you-Anna KozlovaJetBra...

I just rely on 'unused imports' by editor more than offline inspection. I think that 'Optimize imports' could be included in cleanup instead as they do rearrange too.

A sample to reproduce? You may just remove everything from the project but dependencies and the test and the class which failed to initialize.
