Solution: Download https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43511007/webide.jar and copy to <WbStorm app dir>/lib (replace existing file).

It is JavaScript remote or local debugging?It seems remote mappings is not configured (See run configuration -> Remote URLs of local files).
