Yes, it is 'Select Word at Caret' action (Alt+Up/Down by default) - you can gradually expand the current selection according to language rules.

It is 'File Structure' (Cmd+F12) in AppCode. You can even filter the symbols there simply by typing a name.We recommend to check the most useful shortcuts in Help->Default Keymap Reference.
