Try to reinstall plugin NodeJS.In "Settings" windows open tab "Plugins", open context menu on "NodeJS" plugin and click Uninstall. Restart the IDE and install "NodeJS" plugin.

Hello Gary,I've reproduced the problem. We are fixing it now. And as workaround you could specify path to coffee in the default NodeJS run configuration.

At the moment the only way to compile CoffeeScript files is External Tools. We are working on compilation of CoffeeScript to JS by our IDEs. You could vote for the issue: http://youtrack.jetbrains....

Hi, CoffeeScript plugin don't have possibility to preview compiled part of CoffeeScript file yet. But we are thinking about how to do it.Anyway you could vote for the issue.Thanks.
