I tried this and it did not work for me when launching idea.exe.But note that this was never needed in previous IDEA versions, nor in earlier EAP versions.

The suggestion of unchecking "Use fully qualified names in javadoc" does work for most things, but doesn't fix the problem described with the argument list. It's quite annoying.

Same issue for 7027, but I finally made progress.If I set JDK_HOME to the installed JDK, and run idea.bat instead of idea.exe directly, it does come up without apparent problems.
