same problem here on 2019.3.2.... nothing in log, it just hangs there for hours. Ticket is pointless, because I have no sample, hello word works fine....    Why there is no timeout/wachdog?

this double click functionality drives me crazy!

I'm now on 2021.2.3  Intellij/Webstorm/PyCharm and do not have to invalidate cache almost at all. At least for me the situation has improved.

I have large number of projects and slow VPN connection, and honestly I see totally no reason why I would need to refresh SVN history. Why cannot this be disabled?
