Iam making a plugin for it. It will be released soon, just to make some configuration gui... Only problem is that currently not all consoles are extensible, but hopefully it will get refactored...

Well after approval of the plugin, you can try it for that FlexUnit, but I doubt that it will work without a new API. http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/?idea&pluginId=7125

Unfortunately it can do only highlights, but I will try to figure out something. Never seen that, but it will not happen again.
