Hmmm, after making a few changes and then undoing them, and restarting everything it just started working. Unfortunately I no longer know which step made the difference.

I haven't tried it yet. Having to change the code for debugging purposes seems like a bit of a hack.I would have thought there was some way in the interface to do this, but I guess not.
