There's more to the story. When I went back to use Xcode, it stopped working too. Not sure if there was some conflict between the two IDEs that mucked something up or something else just got corr...

That's my position as well. With Apple dropping support for Java and phasing out Java 6, I can't see using RubyMine for much longer if it's not updated. Amusingly I got a reminder from JetBrains...
