We (Gentleware) have developers using the very same application with Idea 3.0.5. Stepping into/over is almost instantaneous there.

Must be something else than last time. For me debugging is still very quick (while a couple of builds ago it was slooow).

The run configurations are stored in the workspace file (*.iws), so it isn't really feasible to share.We are sharing the *.ipr and *.iml files, but ran into several other problems, the most annoyin...

I also see this performance degradation. Some builds before it was much faster. I also use a fair number of modules (about 30), maybe that is the problem?

I wouldn't want a warning: Maybe you are just not using Idea to build, but edit library source and use ant to rebuild the library.But a different tab icon would be definitly nice.(Editor background...

Hi Dave, I have been seeing this first in 2097.It's so bad that I am back on Idea 4.0.3 - though I know that EAP version can have rough edges and have been using EAP version with quite some serious...

We will try to update at least the more important refactorings so that they report module-dependency relatedproblems in Pallada.It seems build 2118 already contains some module dependency checking....

When I said that module dependency checking is broken I was NOT refering to the stack overflow, but rather to the fact that moving A produced wrong warning that A.someMember would not be accesible ...
