I'm not sure where you mean? In the CVS Repository tab? I don't see it there. We just deploy by tag and I need to know if the file version that I am working on is deployed or not.

Ah, the issue has nothing to do with PHP. The issue exists when DOCTYPE is missing (it's not, but the IDE can't find it because it's written in PHP.) Filing a bug.
