Turns out the keyboard shortcut on Mac to "Navigate Back" is ⌘[

I'm the OP, and you know what solved it for me? Switching to Mac. It was a long and painful process, but I'm finally at peace with my decision and no more blurry fonts 😂

To those affected: please try a workaround: disable Metal Rendering (add `-Dsun.java2d.metal=false` in "Help | Edit Custom VM Options" and restart the IDE) and let us know if it helped.This seems ...
