I wish you find somebody asap. I very much like PhpStorm but sometimes help is so needed, but it is not available.

Hi, I met the same issue in PhpStorm 2020.2. I've created the issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-55636 I hope you can find the reason.
