Expand All Directories

In any tool window that contains directories, I've always been able to hit `*` to expand directories. However, after updating to 2023.1 that behavior has changed and now I get a small search dialogue. I'm not sure if this is a setting I can turn off (I've been looking for it), but I would love some direction on how I can get the old functionality back as I use it constantly.
