UI very slow especially editor part

Even though IDEs and plugins are updated to latest version UI is still very slow. Editor tabs are so slow it's not usable at all. Even with all plugins disabled it's the same. I have an M2 Max MacBook. I use IntelliJ, CLion and GoLand and it's the same for all 3 IDEs. Issue wasn't present before update to latest versions.

Does it help if you enable "Displays have separate Spaces" option? See https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-4983/MacOS-Ventura-External-monitor-lagging#focus=Comments-27-6897174.0-0.
If it doesn't help, add -Dsun.java2d.metal=false in Help | Edit Custom VM Options and restart the IDE.
Neither option solves the issue. I'll post some more details about hardware on the page from the related issue link.
