Copy Artifact

I am not sure about the "minor changes" part, but you can create an archive
based on the exploded version.
Simply right use the sub-menu on the "Web Application Archive" - see screenshot.

Still, I think a "Copy" feature would be useful. How about a new issue in YouTrack?

If you go into Run/Debug Configurations you have option to copy an existing configuration.
