Problems with renewing student license

So for my course, i've been given instructions: You can also get IntelliJ Ultimate for free through the JetBrains Education programme6 – all you need to do is verify your university email address, however this is optional.

When I apply, i get "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link", so i click on link and it says u have no license… so i click on “Apply for a free student or teacher license for educational purposes”, it takes me to applying for it but AGAIN i get "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link", help please.

Unfortunately, I am also encountering the same issue.  I tried opening Intellij and all of sudden it said there any no licenses associated with my account. I tried renewing it and it keeps on cycling me back to the application page. When i try to apply i get an error saying “If i would like to renew my license, I should use the dedicated link in my student account”

To obtain a free subscription, you may apply using any one of the following:

That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.
Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.

The system shows that the JetBrains student/teacher license you have applied for is linked to the JetBrains Account registered with your @gmail.com email address.
You can start using this JetBrains Account and password to activate the software directly.

Hi JetBrains team,

I'm experiencing a similar issue when trying to renew my JetBrains Educational Pack. After I click the "Buy new license" button and then select "Renew JetBrains Educational Pack", nothing seems to happen — the website doesn’t proceed or show any further steps to complete the renewal. There’s no redirection, no pop-up, and no visible action on the page after clicking.

I'm using my valid university student email for this, and it had worked previously. Could you please assist me with this issue?
