Junie doesn't work on Linux if home directory is immutable
It seems that for whatever reason, Junie stops working (displaying an empty panel) if it is unable to create a .skiko folder (that contains libskiko-linux-x64.so) in the home directory on Linux.
This is a direct violation of the XDG Base Directory Specification, and there is no reason why Junie should ever require write access to the home directory on Linux systems when better alternatives are available. It forces users to purposefully lower their system safety for the sake of a singular official plugin.
