Jet brains does not launch and just refresh

I installed intelij idea Community edition version 2018.3.6 on Windows 7 32 bit 2GB ram.I installed it with wizard and completed but when I launch its shortcut, it does not run and just do anything that do in refresh(green circle). I downloaded it from jetbrains other version downloades. Of course, it doesn't show an error and just do the same thing(green circle).now I don't know what can I do. Please help. I appreciate in advance.

Hi there,

Try to start the IDE from the command line:

Navigate to the <IDE installation folder>\bin directory
Launch idea.bat and examine the output for any errors.

Also, check the Windows Event Viewer log for errors or warnings around the moment when the problem occurs.

If you have antivirus/firewall, make sure that all IDE default directories, installation folder and project files are excluded from the scan. For more information, see help article one and two.
