Ok, just as I suspected.This regression (around @method array) was introduced in last biuld and is fixed for next.You can revert to back to 7.1 in the meantime or wait couple of days.

As far as I can see http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/IDEA?q=%23unresolved+%23Feature+SVN there's no such feature request scheduled.

Please, create an issue in project tracker at http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/WI with details on your environment, OS JVM & SVN versions and SVN settings, then we be able to investiage..

All feeds do work for many users using different RSS readers. Looks like the problem is in your software/settings.
