@Mark, did you edit this file in /bin? If so then it's not recommended, you should modify a copy in user's home instead, please take a look: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/2065...

In case you want to invoke Rerun from the Editor then you need to assign another shortcut to Replace action.

@It Arato, could you please specify what Ruby you have (version and the way it was installed). In addition, if possible please attach a screenshot from Settings | Ruby SDK and Gems.
