Hi,You don't have error icon blinking in status bar to provide more details ?When I have similar problems (such as PSI bugs), I clean directory /system/index to force IDEA to re-parse files.

Don't you see the tooltip on the tab title, which displays full path? The "Copy path" action is also useful (Ctr+Shift+C).Sylvain
