Why not mark the resource folder as a source folder, and add . to the Resource Patterns in the compiler settings?

Well, to be honest, I've never seen it working with CVS either. I'm using SVN, and it works pretty good in combination with SVN.

Don't know exactly where it is, but please check the facets of the project. I think it's an option in the EJB and War facets, if I recall correctly

I just tried it in Eclipse, and Eclipse is confused about the argument names (arg0, arg1, etc), but it does show the content of the variables. So, it should be possible.
