IntelliJ Idea Activates Help Menu Instead of Line Comment

Hello,

Im using German keyboard and I have assigned the shortcut for line comment to cmd +  shift + 7, since I cant use the cmd +  / on a German keyboard. But the problem is that when I press cmd + shift + 7 I create the line comment and activate the help menu. This one :

I have been trying to find a keymap to this help menu, but I haven't found it. Is there a way to disable this shortcut to activate the help menu or are there any solutions?
