Cannot Download anything on the Jetbrains Website

Whenever I try to download anything, the Thank you page opens and nothing happens. It also shows the page trying to load. I have tried stopping my antivirus and it did not help. Does anybody have some suggestions so I can download things from Jetbrains again?

Looks like proxy issue. Try using direct links, see examples in IDE distribution download doesn't work or hangs at the end article.
Thanks for the suggestion but this does not seem to help.
When loading the page, at the bottom it says it is waiting to connect to jetbrains.com. Not sure if this helps.
I have the same issue. Tried downloading PyCharm and IntelliJ IDEA and neither worked. It does exactly the same as You described. I have also tried possibly every mirror suggested on this site: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544699-IDE-distribution-download-doesn-t-work-or-hangs-at-the-end.

Did you try a different browser?
Do you have proxy enabled in your browser?
Some browsers can hang when downloading files if your download history has grown too large. Try to clear the download history.
Try choosing a different download location in the browser.
You can also try using a network monitor (e.g. Firefox has a built-in one). It'll show you all the network requests the browser makes during different operations, how long each request takes, and details of each request.

Alright, I looked at the network monitor, and it says that google analytics is blocking it, although I don't know what to do with it. (Picture attached)

If not, the issue is likely caused by your antivirus, content filter proxy or your ISP.
