High CPU usage when moving the mouse on editor

I get Really high cpu usage only to move the mouse on editor. On Windows 10 1809.1935 after ideaIU-2020.3.4 (ideaIU-2019.2.4 is really good), ideaIU-2021.2 is over 30% min, 40%, 50% way to much, last is on gif (Much More)

What happened on progressing to newer versions?

If jumps over 20% is way too much, even 20%, but over 40% to 50%, 70%...
