Please specify what file do you try to edit (filename only). Is "reload in browser" (View -> Reload in Browser) works? Is LiveEdit mode is enabled (View -> LiveEdit)?

Must work for 127.0.0.1 (i.e. http://localhost).

Yes, it is the same as "View | Live Edit". But in this case it is important to use only Settings -> LiveEdit -> ....
