John, this problem is already fixed and fix will be available in the next EAP version. As a workaround copy your gem.bat to gem19 and remove from gem19 all lines before #!C:/lan/ruby-1.9.1-p0/bin/r...

Thank you, I've updated our database gem detector to use pg gem for PostgresSQL, fix will be available in the next EAP.

Thanks Larry, I'll add additional check for our bundled gem scanner so it won't pick up empty directories left by git as gems.Anyway, it is perfectly fine to have gems in you /enterprise directory,...
