Here's the corresponding issue is Ruby bugtracker. You may also want to check this guide on setting up XCode 4.3 to work with 1.9.3. I won't be able to check it until tomorrow, but it looks ok.

Hello Grant,as you may see on GitHub ruby IDE debugger checks if object has class/instance variables in order to display it's children. If you feel that it's not correct, feel free to submit an issue

Gemfile contains information about your application gem dependencies and is located in the root of your application. You can run bundle install via Tools | Bundler | Install

You can try deleting .../script/console, because it's no longer needed, does this work for you?
