omg, content of the file is loaded manually by  FileInputStream.so now I know where is the problem.... Thanks

you should use JDK 1.6 for the plugin SDK

Works for me.Actually first time I installed it, I did not see it, but maybe IJ did not restart. Then I installed it again, restarted and it worked :)
