Btw, you can set up your local svn repository. It really helps when you are coming back to a project. In this case you can simply download all project files from server, press commit and see change...

As I know, it is bug of PhpStorm/IntelliJ Platform because Command-3 isn't assigned to any action in PhpStorm but it is assigned in IntelliJ IDEA. See: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/WI-2145
