It doesn't for me. I have imported setting from previous build 802, could it be the cause for the problem?

But can you see jumps in the windows Task Manager? at leats I can, close all the files then open one by one and you'll see that jumping never ends.

You can use Runtime.getRuntime().exec(“perl.sh”);Optionally you can create an Ant task and run it before every run/debug session, I believe Intellij supports this out of the box

It can prompt on file creation or moving, can’t it? But at least there is nothing that should stop it from compiling.

I don't think that project wizard is needed in the first place, and wouldn't spent time on feature that nobody uses or may be use first time when the IDE just has been installed.

That is exactly the case, works fine with the dev license, but doesn’t with the commercial one.
