I think it is a manual process. Too bad the option is hidden. I would really like it to update on it's own in the background. Maybe give us options on how often to update (daily, weekly, monthly).

I am getting this from within IntelliJ. TortoiseSVN works fine for me. I had not received this before. Now that I think of it, I just removed the Changes Bar. Maybe it had something to do with ...

I launch the first one like normal, then the second is launched as a remote debug and attaches to the port. Maybe the solution is when the port is already found to be open, offer to switch to remot...

Maven has it's own proxy setting. There does not appear to be a one-size fits all for everything.
