Do you have the file in the root package of your sources? Also, what variants does IDEA suggest you?

Is your struts config located under web root? Which variants are suggested after the leading slash?

JSP includes should be recognized automatically. Make sure that you include directives are resolved to correct files and the files have correct namespace declarations.

Hi Andrei, IMHO a JIRA request should be issued anyway. DB schemas have nothing to do with project structure.Could you please file one?
