Reporting incremental patch updates problems

Please submit a bug report with the following files attached:

• idea.log
• idea_updater.log and idea_updater_error.log (located in the same directory as idea.log)

In a case of a major (i.e. cross-release) update, these files are located in a log directory of a previous IDE release.
